It was like spring today, so we headed out for the first bike riding of the year. Oh... and hop scotch too.

This week was Sophia's turn to be special me at school. So on Sunday Kevin spent the afternoon helping her with her project. She had to fill out a paper that told her class all about her, and than put pictures of your family, friends and any other interests on it. The best part about being special me... you get to take the attendance down to the office and pick a friend to go with you.... apparently to a 5yo, this is HUGE! Oh, to be 5 again.

Saturday night is now Family Movie night... tonight we watched City of Ember. 

Sometimes it feels like I'm always doing laundry. Perhaps it's because I am!

Charlotte and I are still sick so we headed to the doctors today just to make sure we were ok. Turns out we are, but inhalers and antibiotics are a must for us for a couple of weeks. Here's to feeling better soon. Seems like I've been sick for forever.
Charlotte had a big nap this afternoon, and Sophia helped with the dishes because she knew I wasn't feeling well. 
I love my girls.

The girls were very lucky today... after a busy day of school and playing. Grandma and Grandpa came to watch them at swimming lessons and then Grandma put them to bed with a story. It's a special night when they get to be tucked in by Grandma indeed.

The girls and I had a fun day today... swimming and friends and lunch at McDonalds was certainly a treat....but we topped the day off with new feathers in their hair. I wanted to get real ones, but couldn't justify the money if they didn't want to keep them in, so we went with synthetic. They love the colours and I loved the price!  

Please excuse the crappy photos... the girls are totally sick of me taking pictures of them... so I just snapped away instead of trying to get them to pose for me.
